Low Carb Coconut Flour Bagel
~4g net carbs per bagel

Dry Ingredients
1.5 cups coconut flour
5tbsp psyllium husk
2tsp baking powder
3/4tsp
xantham gum
1tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
500mL hot water
100g coconut oil
2tbsp apple cider vinegar
4 eggs
Optional:
2 tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning
1. Mix all dry ingredients
2. Add wet ingredients one at a time
3. Mix until dough forms
4.
Add Everything bagel seasoning and continue mixing
5. Shape into a log
6. Cut into half inch
slices (about 18)
7. Shape into bagel or burger bun
8. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes
9. Let it
rest on the baking tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack
10. Enjoy!
